Privacy
This page says what we keep about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is short because we collect little.
What we keep
When you place an order:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give one — it is optional
- The delivery address and the area you chose
- What you ordered, what it cost, and any note you left us
We also keep a running count of how many orders you have placed and what you have spent, so that we recognise a returning customer.
If you sign up to hear from us, we keep your email address for that.
What we never have
**Card details.** Nothing is charged online. You pay the courier in cash on delivery, so no card number ever reaches this site or our database.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own purposes. The only outside party who sees your name, address and phone is the courier carrying your order, because there is no other way to deliver it.
Your browser
This site sets no cookies at all.
It does keep a few things on your own device, not on our server: what is in your bag, your wishlist, whether you are reading in Arabic or English, whether you chose the light or dark theme, and whether you have already seen a pop-up so we do not show it twice. Clearing your browser data clears all of it, and none of it reaches us.
There is no advertising tracking, no analytics and no third-party scripts on this site.
The one outside service a page loads is Google Fonts, for the typefaces. That means your browser asks Google's servers for the font files, and Google sees the request the way it sees any request for a file.
We only email you about your order unless you have asked to hear more. Every message we send has an unsubscribe link that works immediately and needs no password or account.
How long we keep it
Order records stay while we may still need them — for a return, a warranty question, or the shop's own accounts. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where an order record has to stand for accounting.
Asking us
Write to us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Our contact details are in the footer, and a person reads them.
