Terms

These terms cover buying from arizoo. Placing an order means you accept them.

Ordering

An order is a request, not yet a contract. We confirm it by phone before anything is dispatched, and it is that confirmation that makes it an agreement. Until then either side may walk away.

We may decline an order — if a shirt turns out to be unavailable, if the address is outside where we deliver, or if we cannot reach you to confirm it. If that happens we tell you why.

Prices and stock

Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include what is shown at checkout: the shirt, personalisation if you chose it, and delivery for your area. Nothing is added afterwards.

The total you are shown at checkout is the total the courier collects.

Each shirt is stocked in small numbers. Stock shown on the site is what we believe we hold, but if a shirt sells out between your order and our call, we will tell you and you will not be charged.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order already confirmed.

Payment

Cash on delivery: you pay the courier on arrival. Nothing is charged online, and we never hold card details.

Delivery

Delivery times are working days and are our honest estimate, not a guarantee — couriers are outside our control. See Shipping for what we charge and how long we expect to take.

You are responsible for giving an address and a phone number that work. An order that cannot be delivered because nobody answers may be returned to us, and the delivery cost of that is not refunded.

Personalisation

A name and number printed on a shirt is made for you and cannot be resold. Check the spelling before you order — the preview shows exactly what will be printed. Printed shirts are not returnable except for a fault or our mistake.

The site itself

The photographs, descriptions and design on this site are ours. Club crests, competition marks and sponsor names belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe the shirts.

We keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it is free of errors or never offline.
